During the last week, I’ve located myself not only missing my teammates but I’ve too acquired myself struggling to communicate in accordance with the arrangements that were formerly so simple( goodbye they are able to drop by someone’s table/ bureau ), struggling to prioritize in accordance with the arrangements that used to work so well( so long in-person whiteboard brainstorm discussions) and struggling to stay connected to my squad.

Meditation, yoga, a walk around the block, a cup of hot tea, a power nap, a podcast occurrence, a chapter of a journal — all of these options are great ways to reset.
Don’t forget to suggest that your squad representatives step away from their workspaces during their break time and silence notifications. While a apparently minor detail, stepping away from your workspace( even if it is your kitchen table) reinforces the segregation of your work/ dwelling life.
